PPC Manager
ClixScale, an online media company, is looking for a creative and analytical PPC Team Leader to promote our unique products.
You will be the first in a team, responsible for creating, managing and optimizing paid direct response and content marketing media campaigns, across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Build ClixScale’s Google PPC structure from the ground up
Take full responsibility for paid search and GDN channel with a high revenue responsibility
Strategically perform A/B/n testing campaigns, ads/ assets, general tactics: measure, report and advice on future implementation of corresponding learnings
GDN campaigns: develop optimization strategies around targeting (demographics, audiences, contextual, placements, custom intent/ affinity,) exclusions, creatives, bidding, etc.
Reach company goals by setup, track, optimize campaigns and analyze data on a daily basis
Set up, steer, and optimize the paid search campaigns incl. negative keyword strategy, website & category exclusions, URL audits, keyword/ad text expansion, conflicting negatives, GDN campaigns (contextual, placement, & remarketing)
Must-Have Skills
2 years of experience in running global PPC campaigns, preferably in AdTech or eCommerce
2 years of experience working in paid search and GDN optimization. Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Google Display Network, Bing Ads.
Creative and analytical skills, complemented by the ability to take direction, learn/develop new skill sets, problem-solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail
Experience working with social media outlets, like Instagram, Facebook, Tok-tok, etc. – advantage
Experience working with native ad platforms Taboola, Outbrain, etc. – advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Character Traits

Google Ads/Bing certification a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-growing company
