BI Analyst
Clixscale, a young and innovative E-commerce company, based in Ramat Gan and Lisbon, is looking for the BI Analyst.
In Today’s world, Data is the new GOLD… and we have a lot of it! We manage over 600 sites that receive more than 500.000 visitors per day, with more than 50M registered users. We are looking for someone who can navigate through all the data and help us to improve our company’s processes and increase our market share.

You will be the first and only BI Analyst, playing a major role in building tools that will increase the quality and impact of our company’s decisions.
Main Responsability
This job is responsible for all stages of the business intelligence cycle: understanding business objective, collecting business requirements and translating them into data requirements, designing and developing reports or dashboards (code and visualisation), scheduling and deployment of business intelligence components in accordance with supplied standards and best practises, and completing accurate and timely documentation. Collaborates with business units and IT department to understand system data and its use, data analysis and validation, and provides support around the data and how it is integrated.
What else will you do?
Build and maintain reports and dashboards from scratch.
Analyse data and provide the conclusions and predictions based on our business need.
Research and implement BI tools aligned with the company technology and needs.
Work closely with the stakeholders across the company to provide the complete solutions for our Marketing, Payments, Management teams and more.
What does it take?
BA in relevant field.
2 years of proven experience as an analyst.
Proven experience in working with SQL (Postgres) and document-based databases (Mongo DB).
Proven record with cloud environment (Google).
High level of Hebrew and English.
Great presentation and communication skills in order to effectively explain the strategies you want to implement.
Experience in working in a fast-changing environment in order to combine speed and quality.
